Project Overview

A private villa inspired by the modern living culture of Çeşme, İzmir — distinguished by its pure architectural language, strong geometric composition, and a landscape design integrated with the living spaces.

A façade character created through the balanced use of black and white tones is enriched with natural stone textures and large glass surfaces, forming a contemporary architectural identity. Thanks to a design approach that minimises the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, the living areas benefit from daylight to the maximum while maintaining an uninterrupted relationship with the garden and pool.
